Swadika Ashar Pradhana

Swadika Ashar Pradhana has a diverse work experience in the finance sector. They are currently serving as Vice President of Investment Banking at BRI Danareksa Sekuritas since April 2023, after previously holding the role of AVP from January 2021 to April 2023. Prior to that, Swadika worked at PwC Indonesia as a Manager from November 2019 to January 2021. They also have experience as a Manager in Investment Banking at Danareksa Sekuritas from January 2015 to November 2019. Swadika began their career at PT ITOCHU Indonesia as a Project Assistant in the IFRS Tasks Force from January 2012 to July 2013, focusing on gradually converging the company's accounting system to IFRS standards. They also worked as an Account Manager at ORIX Indonesia Finance from March 2011 to January 2012, where they maintained relationships with customers and dealers, analyzed financial information, and provided credit approval recommendations.

Swadika Ashar Pradhana holds a Master's Degree in Finance, General from Tilburg University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia, which they pursued from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Swadika also obtained certifications in the field of finance. Swadika Ashar obtained the Underwriter Representative/Wakil Penjamin Emisi Efek (WPEE) certification from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan in April 2016 and the Broker Dealer Representative/Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek (WPPE) certification in December 2015 from the same institution.
