Mike Francis

Mike Francis is an experienced project manager and civil engineer with a diverse background in water, wastewater, and stormwater management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Brian Perry Civil since June 2023, Mike has previously held significant roles including Senior Project Engineer at Fletcher Construction and Drainage Divisional Manager at Schick Civil Construction. Mike's career spans over two decades, with extensive experience in contract management and engineering design across multiple organizations, including Downer New Zealand and Eco City Services. Mike holds a New Zealand Certificate in Engineering (NZCE) from Unitec, achieved between 1993 and 1998.
