Rosalind Porter

Rosalind Porter is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as Head of HR at Briar Chemicals Limited since May 2020. Previously, at Unilever from 2012 to May 2020, Rosalind held positions as HR Manager for Colman’s of Norwich and People Experience Lead, where responsibilities included strategic partnership with senior management and driving employee relations and learning development strategies. Earlier in the career, Rosalind worked as Legal Learning Manager at Hogan Lovells from 2005 to 2012. Rosalind Porter holds a Postgraduate Diploma (Level 7) in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of West London.
