Carina Santoro-Quintanilla

Carina Santoro-Quintanilla is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Planner in Community Engagement at BRIC Architecture, Inc. since February 2025. Prior to this role, Carina contributed to Adelante Mujeres from September 2017 to February 2025, advancing through various positions including Chicas Program Manager, Chicas Program Coordinator, Special Projects Coordinator, and Youth Facilitator/Project Developer. Carina's experience also includes a role as a Peer Facilitator at the University of Oregon in 2016, where workshops focused on sexual assault awareness and prevention, and as a Dispatcher for the University of Oregon Safe Ride from 2014 to 2016, providing safe transportation alternatives for students. Carina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies, Spanish, and Political Science from the University of Oregon, complemented by a brief educational stint at Universidad de Sevilla in 2015.
