Colin Gillis

Colin Gillis is an experienced brewing professional with a career spanning over a decade in the brewing industry. Currently serving as Brewing Team Lead at Carlsberg Group since December 2023, Colin has also held the role of Team Lead Brewer at Waterloo Brewing since September 2019 and worked as a Brewer at Brewtime from July 2016 to September 2019. Earlier experience includes positions as a Security Officer at Intelligarde International Inc. from August 2014 to July 2015 and as Security at Club Absinthe from August 2011 to September 2014. Colin Gillis studied at Mohawk College from 2012 to 2014 and has attended Brock University.
