Abhishek Chatterjee

Abhishek Chatterjee has a diverse work experience in the field of academia and biotechnology. Abhishek began their career as a Graduate Student at Cornell University in 2003 and completed their tenure in 2008. Following that, they joined The Scripps Research Institute as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in 2009, until their departure in 2013. Abhishek then became an Assistant Professor at Boston College in July 2013 and held this position until August 2019. Abhishek was then promoted to Associate Professor until June 2022 when they assumed the role of Professor at the same university. In 2019, Abhishek co-founded BrickBio, Inc., and served as a Senior Advisor. Additionally, in 2022, they joined NanoMosaic Inc. as a Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) member.

Abhishek Chatterjee pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry from the University of Calcutta, which they completed between 1998 and 2001. Following that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, from 2001 to 2003. Abhishek then pursued further education and obtained a PhD in Chemical Biology from Cornell University, which they completed between 2003 and 2008.
