Nirmal Purohit

Nirmal Purohit has worked in various roles in talent acquisition and recruitment. Nirmal started their career as a Recruitment Associate at BYJU'S in January 2021 and then became a Team Leader in October 2021. In March 2022, they transitioned to a Recruitment Manager role at BYJU'S and held this position until December 2022. From December 2020 to February 2023, Nirmal worked as a Recruitment Manager at think-&-learn-pvt-ltd. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Brick&Bolt since February 2023.

Nirmal Purohit's education history begins in 2013 when they attended Seventh Day Adventist Higher Secondary School, where they pursued a degree in Commerce with a focus on Banking and insurance. Nirmal completed this program in 2015.

Following their high school education, Nirmal enrolled at SRN Adarsh College in 2015. There, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Banking and insurance, which they successfully completed in 2018.

In 2018, Nirmal furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Nirmal attended both Bangalore University and ADARSH INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY simultaneously, completing their MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Bangalore University and Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from ADARSH INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY in 2020.
