Jim Hughes

Jim Hughes, J.D., AWI-CH, currently serves as a mediator and workplace investigator at J3 Workplace Investigations and Mediation Consultants, LLC, beginning in January 2024. Previously, as a partner at Bricker Graydon from June 1990 to December 2023, Jim Hughes gained extensive experience in commercial litigation, providing advisory services to clients, including healthcare providers and schooling districts, and mediating various cases. Jim Hughes also worked as an associate attorney in the litigation department at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP from September 1986 to May 1990. Academically, Jim Hughes earned a J.D., cum laude, from Capital University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Union College, furthering education at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Jim Hughes is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
