Mina Jones Jefferson

Mina Jones Jefferson, Esq. serves as the Chief Culture & Engagement Officer at Bricker Graydon since April 2023, previously holding the position of Chief People Officer at Graydon Law from August 2021 to April 2023. Mina's extensive experience in legal education includes roles such as Associate Dean, Chief of Staff, and Director of the Center for Professional Development at the University of Cincinnati College of Law from September 2016 to August 2021, and Assistant Dean of Professional Development from August 1999 to September 2016. Earlier in Mina's career, from August 1990 to August 1999, involvement as a Litigator/Partner at Frost & Jacobs, LLP (now Frost Brown Todd) centered on commercial litigation and product liability defense, alongside contributions to the firm's hiring committee. Mina earned a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and holds two B.A. degrees in Public Administration from Miami University.
