Patricia M. Lach

Patricia M. Lach, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Chief Talent Officer at Bricker Graydon since March 2008. In addition to this role, Patricia has been an entertainer with Conspiracy Band and Inside Out Band since 1996. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Vigilinx, Inc. from May 1999 to January 2002, and as the Director of HR & Administrative Services at King Thompson, Realtors from 1999 to 2000. From 1991 to 1999, Patricia held the position of Director of Marketing & Client Relations at Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs. Educationally, Patricia earned a BA in History and Fine Arts from John Carroll University between 1979 and 1985.
