During their time there, they played a key role in setting up the infrastructure and contributed as a team lead, architect, and full-stack engineer. Mounir was instrumental in bringing video therapy to the platform, developed analytics pipeline and reporting, and made significant contributions to the company's growth, as they went public in 2021.

Before joining MindBeacon Health, they were a Lead Software Engineer at eBay from January 2018 to May 2018.

From September 2014 to January 2018, Mounir worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Encycle, where they contributed to the development of Encycle's patented Swarm Logic® technology that provides energy savings for buildings.

Prior to their role at Encycle, they were an Intermediate Software Engineer C/C# at REGEN Energy from January 2012 to August 2014, where they supported and improved the performance of a full stack application.

In 2011, Mounir worked as a Software Engineer at CSSI, where they documented components of Airbus 350 FCDC and FCUB.

Mounir started their career as an Embedded Software Engineer C++ at Thales Services from February 2008 to September 2011, where they worked as a consultant at Neopost and focused on improving the quality process.

Mounir began their professional journey as a Web Software Engineer Apprentice at CAST from April 2007 to September 2007, where they worked for the French Institute for Radiological Protection and Nuclear Safety (IRSN) and contributed to the digitization of physical paper through XML schemas and web forms.

In their early career, they were a Software Developer Apprentice at Teleperformance from September 2005 to January 2006, where they developed an application to migrate from paper forms to digitized forms for the French Association for Employment in Industry and Trade and provided training and support to users.
