Moe Verjee

Moe Verjee is the current Head of Property Operations at Bricklane. Moe has over 9 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Bricklane, Moe worked as an Investment Strategy & Acquisitions Lead at Skwire from September 2020 to September 2021. Moe was responsible for providing the next generation of high-yield residential PRS via self-learning sourcing AI and tech-enabled operations.

Before Skwire, Moe worked as a Chartered Surveyor at Colliers International from August 2016 to July 2019 where they were involved in National Capital Markets, UK Valuation, Investment Property Management, and Licensed & Leisure.

Moe started their career as a Negotiator at Henry & James Estate Agents from October 2014 to August 2015. Moe then moved to James Pendleton Estate Agents and worked there from April 2012 to October 2014.

Moe Verjee completed a BSc (Hons) in Ergonomics at Loughborough University, followed by an MSc in Real Estate at London South Bank University. Moe is currently completing a PhD in Business Administration at Worksop College.
