Nikki Capitano has extensive experience in intellectual property management and paralegal operations, currently serving as the Senior IP Operations Manager and Firmwide Paralegal Manager, Litigation at McDermott Will & Emery since 2014. Previous roles at the same firm include Firm Wide Paralegal Manager for Litigation and IP Transactions and several managerial positions in intellectual property. Nikki's career began at Connoly Bove Lodge and Hutz as an IP Specialist and has included positions at Baker Donelson and Foley & Lardner LLP, where Nikki developed expertise in patent and IP docketing.
