Hlib Radchenko began their work experience as a Junior QA Engineer at Netcracker in May 2014. Hlib then worked as a QA Engineer from July 2015 to July 2016 before being promoted to Senior QA Engineer in July 2016. As a Senior QA Engineer, Hlib led a team of 10 members and was responsible for various QA lead activities, such as scope assessment, planning, evaluation, tasks distribution, progress tracking, and prioritization. Hlib also played a role in creating document deliverables for customers and collaborated closely with QA/DEV/BA/TM/PM/customer teams. Hlib had the opportunity to go on multiple business trips to Italy and Canada for on-site support, including ST, UAT, and production support. Their work at Netcracker ended in December 2020.
In 2021, Hlib joined BrickRed Systems as a QA Lead, where they currently hold the position.
Hlib Radchenko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sumy State University. Hlib then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Hlib has also obtained certifications in Software Quality Assurance and Telecom from Netcracker.
