Later in the same year, they joined BrickRed Systems as a Network Support Engineer, specializing in Azure DNS, load balancer, virtual networks, CDN, troubleshooting, and maintaining active connections between resources.

Michael Mester pursued their education in the field of cybersecurity. In 2019, they enrolled at the Community College of Baltimore County, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism in 2021. Following this, Michael joined the University of Washington in 2023 to further their studies in cyber security, completing their degree in the same field in 2024. In addition to their educational background, Michael also obtained certifications in Wireshark: Network Troubleshooting from LinkedIn in September 2022 and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in June 2022.
