Tim Eldredge

Tim Eldredge is the Director of Growth at Academy Camps, where they focus on youth development and community impact. With 15 years of experience in leading startups, summer camps, and afterschool programs, Tim significantly increased participation in a college and career readiness program from 50 to 600 students while boosting revenue by over fivefold. They currently serve as the North Atlanta Market Director at Bricks4Kidz and co-founded Zen Den Kids Yoga. An active member of their community, Tim holds the position of Treasurer for East Atlanta Kids Club and serves on the board of Friends of Moving Mountains. Tim is also a proud alum of the University of Oregon and a member of LEAD Atlanta's Class of 2023.
