Vaibhav Marai

Vaibhav Marai is a Venture Capital Fellow at 16VC since August 2024 and co-founder of TouchDrive, an early seed biotechnology startup focused on developing a sensor to detect residual alcohol and prevent drunk driving, active since May 2023. Vaibhav has participated as an active member of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity and contributed as a member of the Founder Institute and Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures between late 2023 and early 2024. In addition, Vaibhav served as a soccer coach at Richwoods Soccer Academy from March to December 2023, where a soccer camp was created for over 15 aspiring players. Previous experience includes working as a campaign member for Frisco ISD, collaborating with local officials on innovations and public opinion analysis. Vaibhav is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics at The University of Texas at Austin, with prior education at the Naveen Jindal School of Management and Centennial High School.
