Alyssa Wildman has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Front Of House Manager at BrickTop's Restaurant since June 2021. Prior to this role, Alyssa worked at SteelFire Kitchen & Bar from June 2016 to July 2021 as a Server, where responsibilities included various positions based on necessity, such as manager, bartender, cook, trainer, and social media coordinator. Additionally, Alyssa served as an Assistant Cooking Camp Instructor at Madame Cours de Cuisine from June 2011 to December 2016, assisting in teaching children recipes and kitchen safety skills. Educational background includes a degree from Penn State University, earned between 2017 and 2021, and completion of high school at Mount Hebron High School from 2013 to 2017.
