Brad Whiteside is an experienced restaurant and hospitality professional currently serving as General Manager at Current Charcoal Grill since February 2024. Whiteside previously held managerial positions at Automatic Seafood and Oysters and BrickTop's Restaurant, as well as serving as the Catering Manager at R. Davidson Chophouse. Further background includes being a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. and General Manager at Gus's Fried Chicken. Whiteside also has experience in assistant management and kitchen operations at Southward Fare and Libations, Pei Wei Asian Diner, and The Grove Grill. Education was completed at The University of Memphis with a degree in Music, Jazz/Jazz Studies, following earlier studies at Memphis University School.
