Jason Dix

Jason Dix is an experienced manager with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Manager at BrickTop's Restaurant since July 2019, Jason previously held positions as Director of Outlets and Outlets Manager at Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark from September 2015 to July 2019. Earlier in their career, Jason worked as Warehouse Manager and Senior Account Representative at The Spengler Company from April 2014 to September 2015. Jason also gained significant experience as Managing Partner at Longhorn Steakhouse from June 2005 to April 2014. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, completed in 1997.
