John Perkinson

John Perkinson has over 15 years of management experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at BrickTop's Restaurant since July 2010. Prior to this role, John held the position of HR Director and General Manager at 131 Main Restaurant from February 2006 to July 2010. John Perkinson holds a degree in International Business & Politics from St. Andrews Presbyterian College, obtained between 1981 and 1985.
