Claudia Mangiacavalli has been with Ciesseci SPA since November 2006, where claudia serves as the Responsabile del Personale. claudia handles various aspects of employee management, from selection to daily practical management, including salaries. In addition to shared general areas with 3 other colleagues, claudia focuses on career and development plans, new openings, industrial and trade union relations, external studio relationships, and reports directly to the President. Prior to this role, claudia worked as an Impiegata Ufficio del Personale at Villa D'Este Group from April 2004 to November 2006.
