Rahul Bala

Rahul Bala has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rahul is currently working as a Supply Chain Consultant at Bricz since February 2023. Prior to that, Rahul was a MBA Strategy Consultant at Condense from July 2022 to September 2022. Rahul also pursued an MBA degree at the University of Cambridge from September 2021 to September 2022. Rahul has worked as an MBA Consultant at Roblox in March 2022 to April 2022 and at Aqdot Limited from October 2021 to December 2021.

Before pursuing their MBA, Rahul held multiple roles at BASE Automation Technologies Pvt. Ltd., starting as a Solution Architect from September 2016 to August 2018. In this role, they developed a business plan for a spin-off division and facilitated partnerships with Taiwanese companies. Rahul later became the Manager of Emerging Markets from August 2018 to August 2021, where they increased the efficiency of the pre-sales team by leading a team in automating cost estimation processes.

Rahul's earlier work experience includes being an Analyst at LatentView Analytics from September 2015 to September 2016. Rahul also worked as a Research Engineer Intern at Universiti Tenaga Nasional from April 2015 to June 2015, where they contributed to building a Hybrid Renewable Energy System.

Overall, Rahul has a strong background in strategy consulting, supply chain management, and business development across a range of industries.

Rahul Bala's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Cambridge, which they obtained from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended SSN College of Engineering, Anna University, where they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from 2011 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Rahul has obtained several certifications. Rahul became a Certified Industry 4.0 Assessor from TÜV SÜD in October 2022 and achieved Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Cambridge in August 2022. Rahul also completed the AWS IoT: Developing and Deploying an Internet of Things course on Coursera and obtained the certification in May 2021. In the same month, they earned the Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera.

Rahul has other certifications as well. Rahul obtained the Ignition 8.1 Gold Certification from Inductive Automation in December 2020 and became Sepasoft MES Credentialed for OEE, SPC, Recipe, Track & Trace, and Business Connector Modules from Sepasoft, Inc. in November 2020. Lastly, Rahul obtained the ThinManager Certification from ThinManager in July 2021.
