Bo Nichols

Bo Nichols serves as the Managing Partner at Avant Communities since July 2024 and has been a Managing Partner in a self-employed capacity since February 2021, providing consulting and advisory services in transaction structuring and capital sourcing. Bo is also a Partner at bridge_ci, focusing on artificial intelligence and machine learning consulting for prominent pharmaceutical and technology firms. Previously, Bo held the position of Director of Investments at IHSG VI, managing a $1 billion family office fund, and worked at GC Investment Management as Associate Director, overseeing a $10 billion portfolio in private equity. Bo’s experience spans roles in renewable energy trading, structured trade modeling, and contract administration, complemented by an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and multiple Bachelor's degrees from the University of Oklahoma.
