James Broadhead

James Broadhead is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in business management within the modular building and construction industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Offsite Focus since November 2022, Broadhead previously held the position of Business Manager for Western Canada at Nomodic from June 2019 to October 2022, overseeing integrated space solutions from design to installation. Prior to this, Broadhead was a Business Manager at Britco, where the focus was on renting, leasing, and selling modular buildings, and worked as Sales Manager at Ainsworth Inc., a provider of maintenance services for various sectors. Broadhead holds a Master's degree in Offsite Housing Construction from the University of Wolverhampton and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Leeds.
