Bridge Counseling
Kristina Rucker, MA, LCPC, LCADC-I, is a seasoned clinical therapist currently employed at Bridge Counseling since April 2021. Previous experience includes roles at Human Behavior Institute as a therapist from October 2016 to April 2021, and as a cares line worker at Aunt Martha's Youth Service Center, where advocacy and crisis support for children were key responsibilities. Kristina also served as a psychology intern at Elgin Mental Health Center, providing individual and group therapy in a forensic psychiatric setting, and worked as a mental health professional at Beacon Therapeutic School, focusing on adolescents with behavioral issues. Early career positions included direct support professional at Rimland Services Nfp and residential counselor/research liaison at Wediko Children's Services, where Kristina gained significant experience in therapeutic environments. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oakwood University.

It was Nevada's first nationally designated urban Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and now operates two in Southern Nevada. We preserve and restore families through individual, couples & family therapy and also offer substance abuse and addiction counseling through various programs provided in a safe environment.
