Jessica Kou

Jessica (Wan-Ting) Kou is a Co-Founder and Lead UI/UX Designer at Bridge for Billions, a digital platform aimed at providing quality entrepreneurship support to early-stage entrepreneurs globally, a position held since September 2014. Previously, Jessica served as a UI/UX Design Specialist at Srvd from April 2015 to February 2018, focusing on enhancing order processes in bar and nightclub environments. Initial experience includes a Program Manager Intern role at frog, where market research on healthcare and mobile ecosystems was conducted, alongside internships at the UW Behavioral Health Department, North West Co., Ltd, and experience with product design and market analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and Engineering & Technology Innovation Management from Carnegie Mellon University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
