Greg Kemper is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and project management. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Bridge Gap Engineering, LLC since January 2025, Kemper drives innovation and delivers high-quality digital solutions for AI-integrated products. Previously at HeidelbergCement from 2003 to 2024, Kemper held roles including Director of Project Engineering and Chief Engineer, overseeing project methodologies and capital investments exceeding $100M. Kemper also contributed to Orbital Engineering, Inc. as Director of the Automation Focus Group and Technical Manager, managing projects across multiple regions.
