Blake Cox has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. They started their career at ACT Home Health, Inc in 2010 as an LVN Private Duty. They then moved on to Providence St Josephs Health in 2011, where they held the position of LVN WCL until May 2021. In 2019, Blake joined KINDRED TRANSITIONAL CARE & REHAB -SPRING VALLEY as an LVN Treatment Nurse until July 2020. Most recently, they are currently employed at Bridge Home Health & Hospice as a Wound Care Licensed Practical Nurse, starting in May 2021.
In 2009, Blake Cox attended American Career College to pursue Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training. However, no degree was obtained during this period.
