Chris Krzyzkowski

Home Health Physical Therapist at Bridge Home Health & Hospice

Chris Krzyzkowski started their work experience as a Physical Therapist at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in 1999, where they focused on adult rehabilitation and participated in a NIH pilot study. Chris then moved to Kaiser Foundation Rehabilitation Center in 2004, specializing in acute rehabilitation for adult neurological injuries and also mentoring residents. In 2011, Chris founded Dendrite Health Solutions and worked as the Owner/Founder and Lead Practitioner until 2020. In this role, they provided one-on-one sessions focused on movement and manual therapy for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. From 2020, Chris worked as a Home Health Physical Therapist at Bridge Home Health & Hospice, providing care in patients' homes.
