Kristi Allison MS OTR L has extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist. Kristi started their career as an intern at various healthcare facilities, including Apple Valley Rehab, Santa Rosa Memorial inpatient and outpatient mental health, and Santa Rosa Memorial Outpatient Mental Health in 2009. Kristi then joined Buckelew Programs Inc as an occupational therapy intern, where they developed and ran therapeutic groups for individuals with severe mental illness and assisted in teaching psychosocial labs for occupational therapy students.

In 2010, Kristi joined Redwood Pediatric Therapy Associates Inc as an Occupational Therapist, where they managed a school-based caseload and co-led OT summer handwriting camps. Kristi also completed an internship at Bridge Home Health & Hospice, providing home health occupational therapy services.

In 2013, Kristi joined Anova Education as an Occupational Therapist, where they worked until 2022, managing a caseload of students. Kristi then transitioned to Access Therapy LLC as a home health occupational therapist.

In 2022, Kristi joined Periscope as an Occupational Therapist, where they worked until February 2023. Their experience includes providing occupational therapy services in home health and school-based settings, working with individuals with mental illness, and teaching and supervisory roles.

Kristi Allison MS OTR L has a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from Dominican University of California, which they completed in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's of Health Science degree from the same university in 2008. Kristi began their educational journey at Southwestern Illinois College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts - AA degree between 1998 and 2001. Additionally, Kristi Allison holds a certification in California state licensure, obtained from the California Board of Occupational Therapy in July 2010. Kristi is also nationally registered, having acquired their certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) in the same month and year.
