Victoria Hendershot

Victoria Hendershot has over ten years of work experience in various roles and industries. Victoria is currently working as a Revenue Cycle Manager at Bridge Home Health & Hospice since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Outpatient Rehabilitation Billing at Physical Therapy at St. Luke's from September 2021 to August 2022.

Victoria's previous experience includes working at McBee, where they held multiple roles from 2018 to 2021. Victoria started as a Staff Consultant from October 2018 to January 2020, then became a Team Lead in RCM Operations from January 2020 to September 2020. Finally, they served as the Manager of RCM Operations from September 2020 to September 2021.

Before joining McBee, Victoria worked at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. for six years. Victoria started as a Sales Associate in November 2012 and was promoted to Lead Cashier/Stylist in November 2013. Victoria'sresponsibilities included enhancing the shopping experience for customers, training incoming employees, and using Oracle's 'Point-of-Service' system.

Victoria also held positions at Penn State University as a Development Representative from February 2017 to May 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Research Scholar at Lehigh Valley Health Network, collaborating with senior level administrators and department leaders, focusing on educational programs for surgical residents.

Victoria started their professional career as a Project Intern at Specialty Minerals Inc. in May 2016.

Victoria Hendershot attended Penn State University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Administration.
