Rachel Footitt

Rachel Footitt is an experienced professional in asset analysis and engineering, currently serving as an Asset Analyst at Bridge House Advisors since September 2022. Previously, Rachel worked as an Engineer at Reserve Advisors, Inc. from January 2019 to July 2022, and held a position as a Surveying Intern with the City of Charlotte in 2018, where skills in GPS equipment and digital data collection were developed. Rachel also contributed as an Intern Consultant for the University of North Carolina Charlotte SIBS, focusing on LEED Certification for Old City Hall, and as an Intern Research Assistant on the Envision Charlotte program, aiming to reduce landfill waste. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
