Jeff Williams

Jeff Williams is the Director of Development at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, where responsibilities include overseeing various projects such as an 88-unit family development in Long Beach and a 70-unit family project in Carlsbad. With significant experience in affordable housing, previous roles at BRIDGE include Senior Project Manager, noted for leading the $80M COMM22 project in San Diego, and Project Manager. Prior to BRIDGE, Jeff held positions at LNR Property Corporation managing extensive retail and residential developments, Eckland Consultants focusing on real estate due diligence, and Forell/Elsesser Engineers as a structural designer. Jeff holds a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of California, Berkeley.
