David Mariano

David Mariano has extensive experience in corporate development, strategy, and finance. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at TransTech Energy and Bridge Industries, where they led M&A activities and played a key role in strategic planning and growth initiatives. David also worked as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at TransTech Energy. Prior to that, David held roles such as Principal at Lionheart Companies LLC, Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking at Citizens Bank, and Director & Head of Buy-Side Practice at Citizens Capital Markets/Western Reserve Partners. David also owned their own business, David P. Mariano & Associates, where they provided leadership and business coaching services. Earlier in their career, David served in various finance roles at The Horsburgh & Scott Co., Citizens Capital Markets, Inc., and McDonald Investments Inc./National City Investment Banking.

David Mariano earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accountancy from Case Western Reserve University from 1997 to 2000. David also holds inactive certifications in Series 63 and Series 79 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
