Matt DeGraw

Matt DeGraw serves as Partner and President at Bridge Property Management. Mr. DeGraw joined Bridge Investment Group in 2004 as a Portfolio Manager and became President and Chief Operating Officer in 2015. As President, Mr. DeGraw oversees operations throughout the portfolio of Bridge Property Management’s multi-family assets. Prior to joining Bridge, Mr. DeGraw served as a Regional Manager and Director of Operations for Evergreen Management Group. Previously, Mr. DeGraw was a Community Manager at Wasatch Premier Communities for three years. While at Wasatch he also worked with their Acquisition Team. Mr. DeGraw began his career as a Leasing Agent at a multifamily-asset with REIT Archstone. Mr. DeGraw has his CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management, and has also served on the Board and Executive Board of the Utah Apartment Association. Mr. DeGraw holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in Economics from the University of Utah.
