Scott Cardenas is the Chief Technology Officer at Bridge Investment Group. Scott has previously served as the CIO for the City and County of Denver from October 2013 to April 2018. In this role, they were responsible for Technology Services for the City and County of Denver, which included a workforce of 13,000 employees and 700,000 residents. Scott also led the Cloud first initiative for software and business service platforms. Under their leadership, employee engagement increased by 200%. Scott developed a strategic roadmap for people, process, technology and business alignment and established governance for project intake to include business review and project lifecycle management. Scott was also responsible for support services for city 311 services, internal service desk and field services. In 2016, they were named to the “Top 10 Most Influential CIO’s” in Colorado by Colorado Technology Association.

Scott Cardenas earned their MBA in International Business from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business. Scott also holds a degree in Computer Information Systems & Management Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver. In addition, they are certified as a Black Belt: LEAN from the City and County of Denver.

A direct report to Scott Cardenas is and Greg Walters - Senior Director, Engineering, Bridge Commercial Real Estate. They work with Katrina Parsons - Vice President, Talent Acquisitions, Jack Robinson - Managing Director, Head of Research, and Kristina Cavin - Director, Human Resources. Scott Cardenas reports to Adam O’Farrell, Partner, Chief Operating Officer.
