Lizzy Gray has worked for six different companies over the past seven years. Lizzy began their career in 2014 as a Cashier for RITE AID. In 2018, they joined Salem State University as an Institutional Advancement Events Assistant, Switchboard Operator, and Hospitality Staff. In 2020, Gray began working for ForeverCar as an Account Manager and for Array Behavioral Care as a Partner Success Manager and Business Development Associate. In 2022, they transitioned to Starcom as a Supervisor of Client Operations. Most recently, in 2023, Gray joined Bridge Legal as a Customer Success Manager.

Lizzy Gray completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Salem State University in 2020, after taking courses towards a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Gordon College from 2015 to 2017. Lizzy has also obtained several certifications, including Agile Development Practices and Agile Foundations from LinkedIn in December 2022, Section 4 Certified Complete Manager from Section4 in August 2022, Agile Product Management, Google Project Management Certificate, Project Execution: Running the Project, Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project, Project Planning: Putting It All Together, and Foundations of Project Management from Coursera in May 2022, Sales Training Bootcamp Program from Victory Lap in June 2020, and HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot in September 2020.
