The mission of Bridge of Hope is to engage Christian faith communities in ending family homelessness through neighboring relationships that demonstrate Christ's love. Our vision is for communities where no family is homeless. The tangible change we strive to help families experiencing or at-risk of homelessness achieve through their participation in Bridge of Hope is: Safe and Sustainable Housing Strong and Resilient Families Supportive Neighboring Relationships
