Tania Fernández De Castro

Tania Fernández de Castro is an experienced professional with a strong background in client services and strategic growth. Currently, Tania serves as an Athena Alliance Member since January 2023. Tania has been with Bridge Partners since April 2010, advancing from Sr. Project Manager to Managing Director, where responsibilities include driving partner solutions and client account growth. Prior roles include overseeing marketing and communications projects at Microsoft Corp and assisting Washington State companies in international business development. Tania also held the position of Regional Director for Latin America at Green River Community College. Tania holds a degree from The Evergreen State College.
