Abigail Croft

Abigail Croft has over 18 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Abigail is currently serving as a Client Director at Bridge Partnership since April 2022. Prior to this, they held positions as Managing Director - Hong Kong, Director, and Senior Consultant at Bridge Partnership, starting in 2018. Abigail also has experience as an Executive Coach, Trainer, and Facilitator in their own company, Abigail Croft, where they offered coaching and training services from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Dramatic Difference (by Sally Dellow) from 2015 to 2016, focusing on coaching and facilitating. Earlier in their career, they served as the Country Manager - Hong Kong at Firebrand Talent Search from 2012 to 2013 and as the Country Director - Asia Pacific at Hydrogen Group from 2008 to 2012. Abigail's career began as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Team Leader at Pathway Resourcing from 2003 to 2007.
