Adam Lim

Adam Lim has extensive work experience in talent development, organizational design, and talent management. Adam has held various leadership roles in companies such as Bridge Partnership, CARSOME, Swire Shipping, Bridgestone Asia Pacific, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Hewlett-Packard, Cisco, SAS International, and the Republic of Singapore Air Force. Adam'sroles have involved responsibilities such as leading talent identification and development processes, partnering with industry bodies and universities for talent attraction and development, designing performance evaluation processes, and managing leadership and sales enablement programs.

Adam Lim obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Open University from 2000 to 2003. Adam also completed a Graduate Diploma in Training & Development from SHRI Academy from 2005 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Adam has obtained various certifications, including being a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup in 2023, a Certified Facilitator for Results Through Relationships from Core Strengths in 2020, and a Power BI Essential Training certification from Lynda.com in 2019. Adam has also completed courses in People Analytics from Coursera in 2018 and Designing Growth Strategies from Lynda.com in 2017. Additionally, Adam has obtained certifications in various areas such as financial counseling, personality profiling, coaching, and facilitation.
