Carly Allen

Carly (Jarosz) Allen has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and industries. Carly most recently served as the Lead Consultant at Bridge Partnership starting in July 2023. Prior to that, in October 2022, Carly founded their own company, The Life Lab Coaching, LLC, where they worked as a Founder and Coach. From June 2021 to October 2022, they were the Global Lead for Change Management and Communications at Mars. Additionally, Carly held roles at Mars as the Director of Strategic Initiatives from March 2020 to June 2021, and as the Sr. Manager of Global Strategic Business Communications from October 2017 to March 2020. Carly also worked as the Manager of Employee Experience at Amazon from April 2016 to October 2017, and as the Manager of Internal Communications US at Wrigley from May 2014 to April 2016. Earlier in their career, Carly served as the Senior Director of Employee Engagement and Change Management at FTI Consulting from May 2007 to May 2014.

Carly (Jarosz) Allen has a Master's degree in Public Relations from Syracuse University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Drake University, from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Carly has obtained certifications as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from iPEC Coaching and as a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in March 2022.
