James Boddy

James Boddy has a strong background in consultancy, leadership development, and litigation. James started their career as a Barrister at 11KBW, where they provided legal advice and represented clients in employment law cases. James then became a Course Director at Lucca Leadership and later joined Ferguson Solicitors LLP as a Consultant and Barrister, handling litigation and assisting with business development. James also worked as a Consultant, Facilitator, and Executive Coach at Integral Resolutions Limited. In 2015, James joined New Ventures West as a Faculty Member and Bridge Partnership as a Lead Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director, Bridge Americas at Bridge Partnership.

James Boddy completed their education with the following qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Development & Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education (2014-2015).

- Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation (2015-2021).

- Integral Development Coach from New Ventures West (2010-2011).

- Completed a CPE program in Law from City, University of London (2002-2003).

- Bachelor's degree in Politics and History from Durham University (1999-2002).

James also holds additional certifications, including being a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci (obtained in 2019), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (obtained in December 2015), and an Integral Coach from New Ventures West (obtained in 2011).
