James Boddy has a strong background in consultancy, leadership development, and litigation. James started their career as a Barrister at 11KBW, where they provided legal advice and represented clients in employment law cases. James then became a Course Director at Lucca Leadership and later joined Ferguson Solicitors LLP as a Consultant and Barrister, handling litigation and assisting with business development. James also worked as a Consultant, Facilitator, and Executive Coach at Integral Resolutions Limited. In 2015, James joined New Ventures West as a Faculty Member and Bridge Partnership as a Lead Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director, Bridge Americas at Bridge Partnership.
