Waqar Siraj

Waqar Siraj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and consultancy. As the Founder and Client Director of UpReach Partnership since August 2006, Waqar leads initiatives focused on high-performing teams and cultural transformation. Additionally, Waqar serves as a Senior Consultant at Bridge Partnership and Co-Founder of Old Man Training Group (OMT) while volunteering for ManKind Project UK. Previous roles include Senior Lead Consultant at INUOUS Ltd., Associate Lead Consultant and Director at Ideas Unlimited, and General Manager at Bridge Partnership.
