Christina Crutchley

Christina Crutchley is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in community management. Currently serving as a Lease Up Community Manager at Bridge Property Management since April 2024, Christina has held key management positions at various companies, including Property Manager at Apartment Management Consultants LLC and Community Manager at Continental Properties, where Christina notably became the first Community Manager to break ground in Arizona. Christina's background also includes a significant tenure at Greystar as a Senior Community Manager focused on expanding the Arizona market, as well as earlier roles with Western National Property Management.
