Arseni Trifonov has worked in various roles since 2013. From 2013-2017, they were the Head of Sales Department and a Sales Representative at Energopro CJSC. Arseni then moved to Slon Media as the Head of Business Development from 2017-2018. From 2018-2020, they were Self Employed as a Lead Generation & Sales Development. During 2020, they were a Partner at Nanos, where they worked on Simplified Digital Advertising. In 2021, they joined Bridge, Inc as an IT Operations, where they worked with U.S. clients to open their remote R&D office.

Arseni Trifonov received a Bachelor's degree in Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician from Belarusian National Technical University between 2008 and 2013. Arseni then completed a Sales based on customer’s needs. SPIN Selling. DISC Personality Types course at Danfoss in 2014. In 2016, they completed a Sales management course at Business School XXI Century, and in 2013 they completed a Proactive Sales course at the same school.
