Carolina Torres began their career in 2013 as a Global Talent Partner with Moolya. Carolina then served as a Technical Recruiter with Teoresi Group and Edelman from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Bridge, Inc as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for developing applicant base through recruiting and referrals, interfacing with Clients to identify needs, requests, or referrals, and making the hiring process easy for everyone. In 2021, Carolina transitioned to Jasper as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
