Scott oversees the sales and recruiting efforts at Bridge, where he’s built and managed the core teams that serve the clients. Scott joined Bridge in 2012 as an Account Executive and quickly took on more responsibilities: He became Bridge’s first territory manager, taking on responsibility for CT before being promoted to sales manager for the entire company. In 2017 he was promoted to become Bridge’s first Vice President.
Prior to Bridge, Scott started his career in lending before transitioning to one of his great passions, technology. Spending several years at a national technology company, Scott mastered his knowledge of the IT solutions space and crafted his ability to solve critical business problems for his clients. Scott’s commitment to the community is reflected in his serving as the Bridge liaison to Junior Achievement, the team leads for the annual food drive, a membership volunteer for Rhode Island’s Tech Collective, and a past officer of the Staffing Management Association of Southern New England. In his free time, Scott enjoys traveling, outdoorsmanship, and spending time with family and friends.
