Cat Tong

Cat Tong is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in program and volunteer management. Currently serving as Program Manager and Volunteer Manager at Bridge the Gap since August 2022, Cat specializes in volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and community engagement, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previous roles include Program Coordinator at Second Story and International Engagement Intern at United Way, where Cat demonstrated skills in program administration, data management, and collaboration. Cat holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from George Mason University and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Northern Virginia Community College.
